P is for pie, a coconut cream pie from Vegan Pie in the Sky.

Psst..I added a layer of chocolate ganache on the bottom to give it an extra punch.

And finally, P is for puppies.

    aw I love this theme! it was so cute and I always find myself looking at your pictures and going oooo ahhh lol.Your doggies are so adorable! I am jealous of your photo skills and camera I need a camera I used to have one but it broke and I’ve yet to get another.

      Thank you! I think you do a great job with the camera you already have (the conversation with romaine lettuce comes to mind :-) ). Cameras are dirt cheap nowadays. You could also check your local craigslist for any good used cameras.

    Love the antiques, and the dogs of course.

    I looked up that paella recipe, what a strange mix of veg. I tend to base my paellas on whatever fresh veg are in season (in Spain) so that’s invariably beans, sometimes broad beans, fresh peas, asparagus, artichokes, and I sometimes add setas (oyster mushrooms). I’ve never bothered adding chick peas as I think they would detract from the glorious fresh veggy taste. If you want to try a different one, have a browse on my blog, I invariably take pix of paella from time to time and I *think* there is a recipe on there somewhere.
